What you can do on Noble
Vault wallets
Keys generated and sealed in the vault (AES-256-GCM, per-organization key), never shown.
MPC 2-of-2
DKLs23 threshold ECDSA with your co-signer, which decodes every transaction itself before signing. The full key never exists.
Policies & approvals
Per-transfer and daily caps, approval tiers, address book with cooldown, two-factor.
Send & receive
Fees quoted and checked before signing, every transfer tracked to finality.
Wallet API
One wallet per end user, idempotent transfers, signed webhooks.
Blockchain analytics
Destinations risk-scored by your own Chainalysis, Elliptic or TRM Labs account; your policy blocks or asks for approval by risk.
Memos
Exchange deposits with their tag or memo, refused when a destination requires one.

Yes. The free Sandbox runs on Noble Testnet with test funds and the same console, API, policies and webhooks.
